Q: Can AdInsight track an unlimited amount of keywords?
A: Yes, AdInsight Clarity will automatically track every single keyword through to a phone call.
Q: Can AdInsight Clarity track non search related traffic like emails and affiliates?
A: Yes, unlike most other call tracking solutions, AdInsight Clarity will track every online traffic source, not just search related traffic. This makes it an absolute must for companies with a diverse range of marketing activities. In fact, AdInsight Clarity will even track offline advertising.
Q: How does AdInsight Clarity track visitors?
A: It uses asyncronous loading JavaScript and first party cookies to track how a visitor interacts with your website which enables us to report on repeat visitors and their multiple touch points.
Q: Why should I track calls using AdInsight?
A: AdInsight is not just a call tracking solution like most available systems; it tracks the leads, sales and profit generated from each individual ad as well. This data can then be used to identify underperforming ads so you can maximise your marketing budget.
Q: What data does AdInsight collect?
A: AdInsight collects a range of data from every visitor and phone call, including; call duration, talk time, wait time, geographical origin, time and date of call, call status (answered, missed, engaged), caller ID, search phrase used, visitor path, referrer and much more.

A. We can provide every number type in the UK, including geographic, non-geographic, free phone and premium rate numbers.
Q. How many phone numbers will I need?
A. By using multiple telecommunications partners, including tier one carriers, AdInsight are able to give you as many numbers as required. Phone numbers are automatically added to your account as they are needed, at no extra cost.
Q. Is AdInsight Clarity compatible with my existing hardware and telephone systems?
A. Yes, AdInsight Clarity requires no additional hardware and transparently forwards calls to your existing call handling system.
Q: Do I need additional phone lines?
A: No, the AdInsight tracking numbers simply redirect to one of your existing phone lines, so you don’t need any additional phone lines.
Q: Do I need to invest in additional hardware?
A: No, AdInsight runs on our servers and links in seamlessly with your existing telephone infrastructure.
Q: I have a traditional phone line; will I need to upgrade it to use AdInsight?
A: No, AdInsight can link into any phone system, so no hardware upgrades are necessary.
Q. How easy is AdInsight Clarity to set up?
A. Set up is usually completed in less than 10 minutes and your account will then automatically configure itself based on the marketing activity it tracks.
Q: Will I need to install any software?
A: No, AdInsight runs on our servers and does not require any software installation on your end.

Q. Can AdInsight Clarity integrate with other software, such as web analytics tools, CRMs and bid management systems?
A. Yes, AdInsight Clarity can integrate with most online solutions. Google Analytics and AdWords integration is already built in, and other software programmes can be easily accomodated.

Q: Do you offer training?
A: AdInsight has been designed to be as user friendly as possible, however we do offer additional training if it is required.
Q: How long does it take to analyse the data provided by AdInsight?
A: Not long at all, AdInsight has been designed to show you the most important data instantly so you can quickly determine what to do next when it comes to marketing your business. Additional time may be required for a more in depth analysis; however we do offer a data analysis and reporting service.
Q: How do I cancel an existing account?
A: Please This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it detailing the username for AdInsight Classic accounts or the account name for AdInsight Clarity accounts, and unless specified we will take the date of receipt of the email and add your contractual notice period. Your account will then be terminated.
